We where very happy with our stay at Mercure Tunbridge Wells staff all very helpful just to mention some names Victoria at reception very bubbly and made us feel at home as soon as we've checked in , breakfast chef Linda no problems with any requests we had and also house keeping Roma And Lily And Kim super girls we definately stay again restaurant staff very accomodating .The room 122 could be looked at ,furniture all chipped and carpet broken, something you dont espect in a 4 stars hotel

Quick and efficient check in. Clean room and bathroom, well equipped and restaurant food was great and the staff even bette, Tim was really helpful and friendly even though they were extremely busy. I suggest booking in advance to prevent disappointment

The hotel was very good and tidy overall all staff had very good customer service skills .tom was extremely helpful all round and very quick with service . Tom is a credit to the hotel . Tim from the restaurant was also very helpful and carterd for all needs

Mio secondo soggiorno di 3 notti. La prima volta non mi è mai stata pulita la camera a causa di un problema di personale. Mi hanno offerto una bevanda al bar per compensare. Questa volta acqua fredda per un problema al boiler.

Signora / Signor Negrinia Desidero ringraziarla per il tempo dedicato a scriverci in seguito al suo soggiorno presso Mercure Tunbridge Wells Hotel. Sono spiacente che il servizio e la prestazione non siano stati all’altezza delle sue aspettative e la prego di accettare le nostre più sincere scuse. Gli alberghi Mercure desiderano offrire sempre il massimo nella qualità del servizio. Pertanto la sua opinione è per noi molto preziosa. Le assicuro che saranno intraprese tutte le azioni necessarie al fine di migliorare la qualità delle prestazioni citate. Soggiornato in questo hotel per caso a causa di un volo cancellato. La struttura é piuttosto attempata e assomiglia ad un tipico cottage di campagna inglese. Molto retro ma sicuramente di forte impatto visivo. Le camere sentono sicuramente il peso degli anni ma nonostante questo sono assolutamente comode, pulite e ben tenute. Il letto è enorme e discretamente comodo. Tutto in ordine e ben curato. L’accoglienza al desk é stata eccezionale, la signora alla reception è stata super cordiale ed efficiente nonché molto empatica, davvero un valore aggiunto. Check out rapido ed efficiente anche se con meno cordialità. A mezz’ora di auto da Gatwick è inoltre molto comodo per raggiungere l’aeroporto. Una piacevole sorpresa.
