Stayed here whilst visiting Alton Towers as a family. For a budget hotel it was very good. Breakfast provided was extremely basic but at least it was something. Not sure if we were given an accessible room but the wet room/bathroom looked very modern and shower was great so couldn’t complain about that

Well stayed again last night after the refurbs, staff great, but the big new thing is the food supplied by the in- house catering, it is superb quality and amazing value, I had the Special last night and a pint for £12.95, it is a great addition to the venue, long may it last.

I can’t praise this hotel enough, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff are fantastic and the new menu cooked fresh is out of this world, I tried the chicken Kiev which was amazing and the chef even gave me a free sample of sticky toffee pudding, one happy customer. Thank you.

Awful: Even for a budget - miserable unfriendly staff. still undergoing some kind of re-furb - so no breakfast availability, ** Not mentioned when I booked - rats running around outside, stayed in Ibis before and never had an issue, this will be my last stay with the company. Better quality hotels for same price range in area.

We had a refurbishment of our reception and the front of the house, so the breakfast was suspended for a few weeks. We are sorry that you had to stay in our hotel during this time but I can assure you that this was an exceptional situation. We always try to provide the best service to our guests as we know how important their comfort is. The improved breakfast is again served in our renovated dining area. What is more, we also have many new projects in the process of being implemented. One of these is the pop up restaurant, giving our guests more options for their evening meal.
