Ottimo staff cortese e gentile ma non basta a dare un voto positivo all’hotel. Posizione eccellente anche se attorno sembra una zona di guerra, colazione mediocre per qualità del cibo e per il caffè espresso imbevibile. Stanze piccole, climatizzazione da congelamento sul colpo, bagni obsoleti e camere completamente da rimodernare anche se pulite e confortevole lato letto.

È stata una bella esperienza. Io ci tengo molto all’igiene, la mia stanza era molto pulita e il ristorante pure. Lo staff era sempre disponibile e pronto per tutte le esigenze. Mr Louis della reception è fantastico, sorridente e sempre disponibile ad aiutare. Mi ero messa in contatto con lui prima di partire, mi rispondeva immediatamente e all’arrivo era molto gentile.
