Tutto molto organizzato, l’unico neo Hamman non funzionava

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per motivi di lavoro; tutto positivo, dalla camera spaziosa, abbastanza pulita e con vista sulla piazza principale; alla buona colazione a buffet! Unica pecca il servizio SPA, mi sono stati addebitati i costi di un trattamento che io avevo chiesto di sostituire ad un'altro per motivi di lavoro al parlamento europeo e con mia sorpresa mi sono stati addebitati entrambi i trattamenti; per il primo addebito sono d'accordo perché avevo accettato le condizioni ma del secondo no perché avevo semplicemente chiesto informazioni e disponibilità....sarebbe carino ricevere dalla direzione una riaccredito della somma sottrattami ingiustamente! Cordialmente
