Buon giorno. Mi dispiace scrivere questa e-mail ma credo che serva per tutti gli ospiti che vivono la mia stessa problematica. Scelgo sempre di soggiornare negli hotel ibis o della categoria accor hotel. Per il mio viaggio qui a Bratislava ho scelto nuovamente ibis. Il problema più grande, per quanto mi riguarda è la colazione. Alla mia prenotazione l'agenzia di viaggio alla quale mi sono rivolta ha specificato colazione lactosy free e gluten free. Tranne due fette di pane freddo e del latte anche acido, non vi era nulla! Questa mattina neanche il latte, attenzione, no latte vegetale ma latte! Ho provato a chiedere alla graziosa signorina dello staff della colazione, ma ahimè oltre ad essere graziosa è poco cortese. Mi dispiace perché dovreste attrezzarsi meglio per noi persone allergiche, che paghiamo come tutti gli altri. È spiacevole vedere un banco pieno di leccornie che puoi solo guardare e non gustare! P.S il personale della reception è impeccabile! E Bratislava è bellissima. Good morning. I'm sorry to write this email but I think it's useful for all guests who experience the same problem as me. I always choose to stay in ibis or accor hotel category hotels. For my trip here to Bratislava I chose ibis again. The biggest problem, as far as I'm concerned, is the breakfast. When I booked, the travel agency I contacted specified lactosy free and gluten free breakfast. Except for two slices of cold bread and some sour milk, there was nothing! This morning not even milk, be careful, not vegetable milk but milk! I tried to ask the pretty young lady from the staff about breakfast, but unfortunately, in addition to being pretty, she is not very courteous. I'm sorry because you should equip yourself better for us allergy sufferers, who pay like everyone else. It's unpleasant to see a counter full of delicacies that you can only look at and not taste! P.S the reception staff is impeccable! And Bratislava is beautiful.
