Sporco e fatiscente. Unica nota positiva la gentilezza della ragazza alla reception.

Sono spiacente che il servizio e la prestazione non siano stati all’altezza delle sue aspettative e la prego di accettare le nostre più sincere scuse. Gli alberghi Hotel F1 desiderano offrire sempre il massimo nella qualità del servizio. Pertanto la sua opinione è per noi molto preziosa. Le assicuro che saranno intraprese tutte le azioni necessarie al fine di migliorare la qualità delle prestazioni citate. Renovated hotel - Mediocre breakfast

Newly renovated hotel, very clean and very quite. Rooms and public spaces are really clean. The only negative point was the breakfast. Due the coronavirus was not possibile to have buffet breakfast (and we didn't complain about that), but the choice of food/drink was very small and you can get only once asking to the receptionist (no bread, one cup of coffee without milk, one small glass of joice, no chocolate).

This was the worst hotel ever I stayed. Room was dirty, washroom was more dirty , and the bed - pathetic. I will recommend not to stay in this hotel even if given free. Location was very near to Basel airport but we were so unlucky that we could not even to walk to hotel and had to book the taxi because of border issues(no walk way) only high ways. Worst hotel ever !!!!

We stayed here 2 nights and had pre booked. One of us had used F1's before so we knew what to expect, and were expecting pretty basic for the price. Unfortunately we were incredibly disappointed. Upon arrival it took over 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. The staff were too busy having a mass cigarette break round the back to come and answer the bell. When we were eventually checked in, it was very unwelcoming and we felt like we were in the way. If check-in is such an issue, why not have an automated machine like other places? The room was as expected. A double bed and bunk over the top, with a wash basin. The toilets are separate, which is fine. Unfortunately they were dirty most of the time and had no bins within them, and no handbasin. The showers were good and powerful, with hot water. We did not manage to sleep well due to the noise from inside the hotel, with doors slamming throughout the night. The room constantly smelt of smoke due to people smoking outside the reception, and out of windows elsewhere in the hotel, and on the fire escapes. Basically not good for non-smokers. If you do stay here, don't trust the duvet. It appears to be cleaned by hanging it out of the window for a few hours. Not worth it for the few euros saved. There are lots of budget hotels in this area.

Stayed one night. Had not pre booked.Room good value, clean,comfortable. The separate shower/toilets were also very clean. Most impressed with the showers. Stayed here to use wifi and charge up electronic equipment. Nothing fancy. Used another F1 hotel in Saintes.
