Méfier vous de l hôtesse qui même avec une facture rien à régler déjeuner gratuit voulais me faire payer un petit déjeuner pour une enfant de 12 ans .Arrivée dans la chambre lit du haut pas fait chambre sale et à 8h30 au petit déjeuner juste deux tranches de pains de mie et la machine a café. le personnels fumés leurs cigarettes devant la porte d'entrée .

Lors de la réservation sur edream il n'était pas fait référence aux sanitaires sur le palier mais dans la chambre. Al'arrivée à l'hôtel nous avons pris nos clés, traversé les couloirs une odeur désagréable de vieille cantine hantait les lieux. Nous sommes arrivés à la chambre toujours cette même odeur, les sanitaires étaient sur le palier abîmés, sales et certains fermés. Nous sommes redescendu à l'accueil, nous n'avons pas pu être remboursé, la personne courtoise au demeurant nous a indiqué la procédure à suivre. Nous sommes aujourd'hui fin de mois et n'avons toujours aucune nouvelle malgré les différentes relances à edream et sur le site de réclamation. Établissement à fuir!

Nel hotel manca l'aria condizionata e non sono riuscito a dormire bene per il caldo. Se c'era l'aria condizionata avrei dato un voto positivo

Bed sheets had cigarette holes in and stains all over. It was very hot in the room and everything felt gross. No fans and no air con. The room is literally just a bed. The toilets are shared and had nowhere to wash your hands, and the showers are shared. You have to pay to use their towels, which is absolutely ridiculous. The corridors stunk of cigarettes. Only stayed for just under 30 mins before booking another hotel which is clean and comfy. I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star but it’s the only option.

Booked this for a budget stay over on route from spain to uk. We have booked premier classe rooms before which are very basic so presumed that would be the most basic available .. how wrong we were!! The smell of stale tobacco alchohol and drains, was noticeable even at reception. We didnt realise that there would be no toilet or shower facilities in or even NEAR our room.. no towels although these could have been paid for as extra we found out on this website.. we only looked into our room, then walked straight out and booked the hotel next door!!! I've given one star as cant give zero

Hello Madam, F1 hotels are low-cost hotels, We remind you that all extra services are payable in reception, the towels are part of it ... the showers and toilets are not in the rooms and there are some everywhere in the floors. we are sorry the property did not live up to your expectations.
