Super séjour super équipe dans l'ensemble. La réceptionniste avec la fleur a l'oreille Goodjob merci ont reviendra bientôt. Chambre propre hotel propre calme prêt de l'autoroute mais pratique. ....... RAS pour le reste. Je recommande cet hôtel

Aggressive night manager

Stayed at the hotel on the 25th of October. On arrival at 10pm the night manager aggressively begin shouting at us in French for some unknown reason. It came to light that he didn't like where we had parked as we were in a van regardless of the fact the car park was full of other vans, maybe it was because we were parked next to the car he drove off in the morning??? On finally understanding what the manager was asking he refused to give us his name when we asked for it and laughed in our faces when we said we would complain The hotel itself was dirty with stained sheets and broken door handles/locks. I have stated in other F1 hotels so know what to expect however this one was gross

Incredibly rude night manager on 25th October. Came out of the hotel yelling at us in french, and just kept shouting every time we tried to ask anything before we could even work out what he meant using Google translate. It eventually turned out that he was not happy that the front wheel of our vehicle was ON the line of the front of the parking space. Managed to show him a translation saying that we found his behaviour rude, that he was shouting at us unnecessarily and that we would be making a complaint but he just laughed at us and walked off. After finally getting sorted and getting into the hotel, we found it to be dirty, run down and in an overall pretty poor state of repair. Broken door locks on the toilets, brown stains on skirting boards. It makes a UK Travelodge seem like a five star hotel. We thought it would be a safe, cheap place to sleep, having stayed in an F1 in Calais only the week before. Avoid this place unless you have no choice.

Arrived at 18:00 to find that although I had pre-booked and pre-paid for two rooms, the hotel had no record of me having paid for two rooms. So I was forced to pay again for one of the rooms. The woman working at reception did not communicate in english and refused to even look at my emails that I had with me that stated" Pre-paid" on them. I showed her my bank account details which showed that I had paid Accor Hotels for the rooms. I had also checked in online the day before, but there was no record of this on her system. Because it was so hot, had 3 children with me and had driven 12 hrs in 45 deg heat, I paid the extra. When we opened the door to the first room, it was stinking and very dirty. The floor had lots of hair on it and crumbs. The second room was not quite as bad, but still very smelly. The shared toilets were disgusting, there was old toilet roll on the floor and flies and ants eveywhere. The shower cubicles were also disgusting, however as it was so hot it was necessary to use them. Not a pleasurable experience. The toilet really smelled of urine and the stench travelled throughout the hotel. I have travelled a lot and stayed in places that many would not, however this is up there with the worst hotels/motels/pension etc which I have ever used. In the future I will used Air B n B or the like and find something a lot better. Sorry my kids had to experience such a terrible place. I am also surprised that Accor Hotels would put their name to this establishment.

Considerato il prezzo e le nostre esigenze merita un cinque. Senza prenotazione siamo arrivati alle 4 di mattina. Abbiamo prenotato facilmente una camera al box automatico fuori l'entrata principale. Necessita carta di credito. Viene dato un codice con cui e possibile accedere alla camera. Camera pulita e silenziosa nonostante la strada principale vicina. Puliti pure i servizi in condivisione. Abbiamo fatto colazione con un piccolo supplemento verso le 9.30 di mattina. Personale gentile. Ovviamente ideale per persone in viaggio che devono solo riposare.
