È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questa struttura e ci siamo ancora trovati bene. Posizione comoda, vicino al centro in una bella zona. Personale gentile, stanze e servizi in linea con gli hotel Mercure.

Siamo stati per 4 notti in questo hotel, il weekend pasquale, dal 28 marzo al 1 aprile 2024; situato nella parte sud di Kholn, vicino all’inizio della Altstadt Sud; camera 318 pulita e spaziosa a sufficienza, letto comodo e bagno con doccia. Personale un po’ freddo ma efficiente. Tutto perfetto, anche il Rapporto qualità prezzo, noi abbiamo speso 330€, ma il costo della colazione è decisamente sproporzionato, essendo di 42€ al giorno per camera con 2 occupanti.

Soggiorno presso questo hotel da anni. Trovo che nel tempo sia diventato troppo costoso, soprattutto nei giorni dedicati alla fiera; eccessivo. Nel complesso i servizi sono buoni. Nelle stanze mancano le cuffie per doccia e servirebbero teli per la doccia più grandi di quelli esistenti. Ultimo punto da migliorare: il servizio della TV non contiene Netflix o altri e non si può collegare al pc o cellulare per poter utilizzare l'intrattenimento di proprietà privata degli ospiti.

Camera con puzza di chiuso e fumo nonostante fosse No Smoking. Al check out ho dimenticato di prelevare il passaposto dalla cassaforte e l'Hotel ha fatto entrare in camera in nuovo ospite senza controllare che la cassaforte fosse chiusa. Quindi ho potuto riottenere il passaporto solo dopo 24 ore dopo creando notevoli problemi al sottoscritto. Penso che non tornerò mai più in questo Hotel così anche i colleghi della mia azienda.
