l'albergo è molto bello e comodo, buffa solo la scala mobile per raggiungere la reception ed il Puffo azzurro che ti aspetta seduto alla panchina per una foto. Belle stanze, ottima colazione a buffet. un ambiente accogliente.

Excelente hotel, muy elegante, cuidada atención de los recepcionistas y todo el personal, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, la ducha excelente y se puede descansar sin ruidos molestos, no probé el desayuno pues lo encontré muy caro, en todo caso es recomendable y la ubicación bastante cercana a los atractivos de Bruselas

Esperienza positiva sotto tutti i punti di vista. Siamo stati accolti da uno staff professionale, gentilissimo, disponibile e sempre pronto ad ascoltare ogni nostra richiesta. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati per tutti e 5 i giorni. Le camere sono ampie e arredate con gusto, il bagno in camera confortevole, tutti gli ambienti sono caratterizzati da una pulizia impeccabile. La sala dove veniva servita la colazione ampia e luminosa, la colazione stessa è stata ogni mattina favolosa! I migliori gaufres che abbiamo assaggiato a Bruxelles in 5 giorni li abbiamo mangiati proprio qui. Qualità del cibo eccellente, servizio impeccabile. Anche al bar abbiamo trascorso un pomeriggio fantastico in completo relax. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli, tutto concorrerà a rendere il vostro soggiorno indimenticabile. Un ringraziamento speciale a tutto lo staff di questo meraviglioso Hotel.
