My partner and I stayed at the Novotel for my birthday in April 2024. Our room was upgraded free of charge and we were met with a bottle of champagne and birthday cake in our mini fridge. The room was lovely, the staff were all really happy and willing to help whenever needed. Car parking was reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast was great. Swim up bar was awesome and all the food we ate was amazing. A lot of vegan options which I was pleasantly surprised about! The only thing negative I would say is that my partner and I found the bed quite uncomfortable and both woke up with sore backs, of course this could be a personal preference thing but thought it’s worth mentioning. Also there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom which was a little annoying but otherwise everything was amazing. Would go back in a heartbeat.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! All the staff were fantastic and one staff member, Deborah, was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our visit, keeping our children thoroughly entertained everyday. Her warm demeanour and attentiveness made our experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

erstes Zimmer hat sehr stark gestunken, wir nehmen an , dass es Desinfektionsmittel war zweites Zimmer hat die Dusche , warm Wasser, nicht funktioniert, Hotel wurde am Morgen informiert, am Abend war das Problem nicht behoben, Hotel hat sich nicht ma entschuldigt dass die Dusche nicht funktioniert nach Diskussionen, haben wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen, und mussten während einer Stunde unsere Koffer wieder packen um in ein neues umzuziehen Hotel ist feucht, und riecht sehr moderig Ist verwohnt und müsste dringend renoviert werden Hotel wenn man kann vermeiden!!!

Mon séjour à l'hôtel Novotel a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Le service impeccable du personnel, les chambres élégantes et confortables, ainsi qu’un emplacement idéal dans la ville ont contribué à créer une expérience mémorable. Les installations, y compris la piscine style lagon, les bars et le restaurant, ont ajouté une touche de luxe à mon séjour.
