I was excited to visit another Fairmont branded hotel in a foreign country, and being from Canada I know the brand very well. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and professionally. I was immediately introduced to my gold floor butler Seven. He would turn out to be a pillar of knowledge and assistance for my stay with Fairmont, and no request went unfulfilled . I can’t recommend Gold floor enough the evening canapé was exceptional. Breakfast in the main restaurant was amazing and exceeded all my expectations. The fairmont Quasar Istanbul is worthy of the fairmont brand there service was impeccable.

Breakfast was amazing and most of the hotel staff provided high level of service that I expected from Fairmont staff. Special shoutouts for the breakfast staff as they went above and beyond and truly made my partner and I felt like royalty. Room and facilities were great. Hotel location is exceptional and within walking distance to public transport and the luxury shopping mall — Zorlu Centre. Would definitely stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in Istanbul.

I loved staying in Fairmont Quasar. Rooms and view are beautiful. There are a lot of places to spend good time in the hotel. Staff was super amazing, very helpful. I would high recommend Fairmont Quasar to everyone and would love to stay again.

Had two stays with the hotel, on arrival and departure out of Istanbul. The first stay had some minor flaws but the second stay made up for these flaws by far, thanks to the excellent service provided by the lady from guest relations (sorry for forgetting your name). The rooms are spacious, well designed with immaculate views over Istanbul. Plenty of luxurious services offered in the hotel and the breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend.
