Only 20 minutes from Hongqiao Airport and 50 from Pudong International Airport, our 5-star hotel is steps from historic Jing'an Temple and Jing'an Park. Jade Buddha Temple, the Shanghai Exhibition Centre and top Shanghai malls are also within easy reach.

Worst Shanghai stay experience.

There is no decaf coffee at the lounge or the cafe area or any options for diets. Overall the staffs seems lost when dealing with foreigners or anyone with an Accor membership. The overall stay experiences are worst off than mecure and pullman hotels in Shanghai or even local chinese chains. Paid a Swissotel price but got a normal chinese hotel experience.

Excellent marvellous prime location staffs very nice very helpful. Rooms are amazing. Easy access to metro line 2 from Pudong to hotel. 10mins walk to wantai or Nanjing lu. Many malls and convenient store near by. Breakfast also very good. Vegetarian friendly

I had some small issues during my 11 day stay, and obviously sometimes little problems happen. I must say that all things considered they were resolved by hotel managers and staff exceeding my expectations. Very customer oriented approach. Further to that the hotel has great location of line2 , nice rooms, great breakfast and all the services you would expect.
