Strategically situated in the vibrant Nandanam neighborhood of Chennai, the Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road offers a refined and sophisticated respite from the bustling city streets. Doing total justice to the Accor brand, this hotel seamlessly blends modern comforts with thoughtful design, creating an inviting atmosphere for both business and leisure travelers. Spacious layouts, high-end amenities, tasteful decor - you name it they have it. LOCATION: Strategically located in the heart of Nandanam, Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road provides easy access to the city's top attractions, business districts, and shopping destinations. DINE + DRINK: The rooftop bar and Asian restaurant is a great place for a sunset drink. The breakfast at the first-floor restaurant was a disappointing affair. Not very authentic South Indian fare, and mediocre North Indian dishes. ROOM: We stayed in Room 703, Which was a SUITE, so this review is based on that; SIZE: Spacious Living room with a big TV and a nice big Bedroom with an even bigger TV; VIEW: Sweet view of the cityscape; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part of putting us to sleep; BATHROOM: Nice big stylish bathroom Stand-in shower; TOILETRIES: Lovely spa-quality toiletries FACILITIES: Good Gym with a basic range of weights and Cardio machines that are great for a good workout. The outdoor rooftop pool is perfect for a good aqua workout. SERVICE: Friendly staff that took care of all our needs with a smile and made us feel pampered and well taken care of. HOW WIRED YOU WILL BE: Free Wi-Fi that works well all over the property, and the speed is good! Big Smart TV dishing out a wide variety of channels spanning sports, news, music, movies, and entertainment in multiple languages

The Novotel hotel offers a luxurious experience coupled with impeccable service. From the elegant decor to the attentive staff, every detail is meticulously curated to ensure a memorable stay. Whether it's indulging in world-class cuisine at the Food Exchange or unwinding in our lavish accommodations, guests are consistently treated to a five-star experience. Our waiter Tanmay at the the restaurant, Food Exchange provided excellent service. From personalized recommendations, he truly exemplifies top-notch hospitality.

It was nice experience staying here at Novotel chamiers road . Staffs were friendly and I totally enjoyed the stay .Front office were very professional Jay Duty Manager was very kind and helpful will recommend for our friends and family as well

Looking at the reviews I was excited to come to the Novotel Chamiers, the check in experience was great with a room upgrade and free drink offered. However; we got to the room which was grotty and tired. The sealant brown and dirty, as was the grouting in the bathroom. The broken/damaged flush that then to dripping of water all night and the broken phone meant we couldn’t get in touch with reception. After a long day travelling we were after some snacks but the kitchen service for lunch was 1200-1500 and kitchen services didn’t resume until 1900. We ended up going to another hotel for our food and rather wished we had checked in there. The only redeeming feature was the pleasant rooftop pool which we had to ourselves for an hour.

It was an amazing experience. The food spread was good. They had given us a complimentary room upgrade which was great. The rooms are huge and cozy. Overall the hotel had an eclectic ambience. It was more or less close to many major tourist attractions near by within 4-5 kms radius.
