Location is very good, right across the train station and a big shopping mall. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection, including a good variety of fruits. Bacon was the best, cooked as you order. Staff could smile more though. The hotel's tradition of giving pretzel to guests checking out is a nice touch.

The hotel is located across from the train station, which is also attached to a huge shopping mall. One can literally walk out of the hotel and be on a tram/bus to most locations within the city. The hotel is also a 5-10 minute walk from the old town. Regarding the service at the hotel, it is lovely. The rooms are tidy and have plenty of amenities in them. The restaurant/cafe is good and reasonably priced and the staff that work there are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.

Just returned from a 3 night stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. Couldn’t fault the hotel, it was modern and felt clean in all areas. The rooms were spotless, and the bed was so comfy. Also, the staff so attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Just back from an amazing 3 night break with my partner. Staff were very friendly and upon check in upgraded us to a junior suite which was a great start to our holiday. The room was huge, lovely comfy large bed with a big area with a sofa, shower & toilet and separate toilet. Air conditioning worked well too. Rooms were quiet and we both slept very well. Bathrobes and slippers were a lovely touch. Breakfast was brilliant. Lots of choice for both hot and cold options and savoury and sweet. Cheeses, meat, salads, pastries, waffles etc. Breakfast started at 6.30am which was good for one of the days which we booked an Auschwitz tour which had a very early start. The location of the hotel was great only a 10 minute walk to the old square. So many restaurants and bars, lots of options for eating which was great. Most places served Italian and Polish cuisine. We had an excellent steak at No.7 restaurant, tasty pasta at Bianca and great drinks at Piano Rouge. Would highly recommend Schindlers Factory Museum in the Jewish quarter. It is walkable from the hotel but took about 45 minutes. We spent about 2 hours there. Would also recommend Wodka bar which is small but has great atmosphere and offers flights of 6 flavoured vodka (you choose) - the coffee and pistachio were our favourite. Overall we had a great holiday and couldn’t recommend the hotel enough. We would definitely stay there again if we came back to Krakow!

Wonderful welcome and beautiful entry!FRONT DESK GROUP is lovely—so friendly, humorous, and helpful! Yummy Polish chocolate as part of welcome too. :) ROOM was clean, modern, well equipped—how all the various light switches work was a bit difficult, but appreciated the options. BREAKFAST has good selection, but hard to navigate. Side note: Warm wishes to Patryk & Martin! :)
