We are staying in room 501, the smell from the toilet/shower is unbelievable, they have had to unblock the toilet once. To make it worse they know how bad it is by lighting a citronella candle in our room everyday which just makes it worse It’s disgraceful

We spent 6 nights at this wonderful hotel. The architecture was lovely and the rooms as well as the restaurant and two pools had a lovely ambience. We particularly loved the rooftop bar and enjoyed the creative cocktails and poolside food menu.

Hotel Royal Hoi An MGallery located very close to the river and the Old Quarter of Hoi An. The hotel itself little bit dated but very clean and I was ok with it. Breakfast buffet was awesome with many fresh baked cakes, fruits, juices. The coffee is to die for. Other meals were very tasty. My room was a little bit dark but nicely decorated in general. The rooftop bar is awesome for enjoying sunset with few cocktails. What a view there! The staff and managers are super friendly, attentive and accomodating. I was very happy and will come back for sure.
