Rooms nice and clean. The infinity pool area is lovely and a great place to relax. Travelling on my own I felt really safe here. A big thank you to Sean and Shan who were extremely accommodating and helpful with organising a late check out for me - thank you both.

We enjoyed our stay in the Mercure . We booked a suite with privilege Lounge service. The lounge service, especially by Sophia and Gilbert , let us feel very comfortable. The suite was very nice and had two complete bathrooms. The cleaning service of the room was very very late , so we had to complain .

The reception team, especially Gopi, Sofia and Satich were incredibly helpful. When I first arrived at the hotel, Gopi welcomed me with a smile and hospitality and was incredibly helpful in every aspect. Sofia and Satich from the reception team were also incredibly helpful. I would like to thank them for being friendly, sincere and problem solvers. I would recommend the hotel to everyone. The breakfast is also very good. I would like to especially thank Gopi, Sofia and Satich from the reception team and thank them for their hospitality, help and sincerity. I recommend to everyone this hotel, very nice and helpful great staff ever! Thank you for your service!
