We stayed 2 nights, one at either end of our trip. The room was standard size, comfortable bed, quiet. Check in and out were efficient, we had continental breakfast downstairs which was decent. Easy access from the domestic terminal, just following the signs from the air bridge to.the parking buildings and on from there. Only criticism was the carpet, particularly in the hallways, is well in need of replacement. All stained and gross looking (6th floor looked worse than the 9th). The room is pricey for what you get, but you are basically paying for the location, which certainly convenient for early or late planes.

Handy on a layover

Perfect if you have a layover or an early flight and don't want to stay in town. Rooms are comfortable, functional and clean, and I didn't see the need to spend more to stay at the Pullman/ Novotel. It isn't the height of luxury but it isn't trying to be and you aren't paying top $. Restaurant appeared to be popular. 2nd time there and I would stay again

A good airport hotel close to the domestic terminal with shuttle service for $8. Room typical of Ibis, basic, average size, but clean, comfortable, quiet and functional. Very friendly staff at reception and bar/restaurant. Meals are great value, big portions, and they accept the Accor Plus discount. Would use again if i have a very early flight.

This is a good value hotel getting the basics right. Great staff, good price, very comfortable beds with good linen and pillows, close to domestic terminal and rental car returns and with a very good restaurant serving quality food up to 10pm. There is a frequent shuttle to the International terminal about 10mins away at a cost of $8 per person. If you know your departure time it might be worth booking a spot on this bus well in advance which fills up quickly and we had to arrive much earlier than we would like as our best time was fully booked

Amazing breakfast

The hotel is situated near the domestic terminal. I arrived at the International terminal and needed to take the free airport shuttle bus to the domestic terminal. Once there, taxis are available to take you to the hotel ( approx AU$12), or it's a 10 minutes walk. I found the hotel to be nice and quiet, despite its location. Staff were friendly and welcoming and check-in was very simple. Room was a good size with all the usual amenities. After a good nights sleep, the buffet breakfast was amazing. A great selection of both hot and cold food (cost approx AU25). Overall, a nice relaxing start to my holiday
