We apologize for the discrepancy between the advertised information on Agoda and the actual arrangements for the shuttle service. We also apologize for any inconvenience caused by the less-central location of the hotel and the lack of sheltered transportation hubs nearby, especially during inclement weather. Guest comfort and convenience are our top priorities, and we regret any shortcomings in this regard. Regarding the interaction with our reservation supervisor GEM, we extend our sincerest apologies for any miscommunication. We take pride in providing exceptional customer service, and we are disappointed to hear that this was not reflected in your interaction with one of our staff.
