My wife and I stayed in November 2023 for about four days. From the time we walked in the front door we were made to feel very welcome. Our stay was also a late celebration for our 30th Wedding Anniversary. The gentleman who checked us in was very welcoming and explained all we needed to know about the hotel and its facilities and nearby dining, transport and tourist attractions. When we walked into our room we were met with a welcome message from the hotel and balloons with the hotel name on them and a small plate of sweets. Things like this make your stay just that little bit extra special. The hotel's best asset was the staff. They were always happy to talk with us about where we were from. What we'd seen since being in Paris, and asking us about Australia, our home country. Obviously this hotel is an upmarket property, but the service we received was well worth it.

We stayed here last weekend (1st March-4th March)in room 315. The hotel and its amenities is of a great standard. Reception/concierge were approachable and friendly at all times. The breakfast is a must addition to your booking…a variety of options to suit everyone’s taste. Lots of eateries nearby and reception are happy to book a table for you. I would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Paris.

Going to Paris becomes, between strikes, manifestations and others, a challenge. 18th of January a member of my staff made a reservation for 4 nights. That same month I booked with Accor some 20 nights. Due to frozen cables , all Eurostars between Amsterdam and Paris ( that my employee was to take ) were cancelled from noon on. She immediately informed the hotel that she was to come the day after so that they could sell the room again for that night since the rate was in fact non-refundable but this was from her side a “force-majeure”. The mail remained unanswered, up to the moment that i wrote one week later to ask for a refund for that one night as a regular of Accor. The answer was that they couldn’t do so since it was Paris Fashion week along with another big event that I forgot and that demand was so very high. What is as good as telling me that they could have very well sold that cancelled night, what they probably did. When pointing out this contradiction and in spite of my reminder , I didn’t get any further reaction. I am very well aware of the fact that the booking was non-refundable, but a gesture ( be it points ) for a loyal customer faced with “force-majeure”, would have been the minimum. Sorry guys : this isn’t client friendly nor elegant 👎

A must stay if in Paris!

Just fabulous. From check in to check out, we had a wonderful stay at this very well run hotel in a quieter area of the Paris streets. The room was a superior and just fantastic. We had a lovely Nspresso machine in our room we an array of pods. The breakfast was marvellous. So much choice, really lovely staff and what a fab 1920s decor. We would highly recommend you stay here if coming to Paris. Thank you for making my 40th very special. X

Nice stay but an admin error caused stress

I went with my sister who'd never been to Paris before and we stayed in the Junior Suite. The living area was slightly smaller than expected based on the pictures but it had 2 bathrooms which was very convenient. The room was comfortable and clean. The housekeeping side was good as the complimentary drinks and coffee were re-stocked every day during our 3 night stay. The art deco style of the hotel was lovely. Also the surrounding area was great for cafes and places to eat. The only real negative was an admin error by front of house staff which resulted in my debit card being charged for another guest's incidentals (£214 worth!). They quickly confirmed it was a mistake on their part, apologised and said they would refund the amount that day. In all my years of travelling I've never had this happen to me before but the reveiw is really for the hotel to tighten up on these things to avoid this happening again. They sorted out the situation quickly and did give me some freebies on check out as a goodwil gesture. Overall I cannot fault the hotel but admin wise something so serious should not have happened in the first place.
