Difficult to find real fault with the hotel, we received a upgrade and the rooms was clean, bed very comfortable, shower well equipped with good shampoo etc. Restaurant and bar was good. But… looks like a 5 year old was responsible for CUTTING IN the paint work in the bed room. Breakfast was good but limited. Could not find any English programs on the TV not even the news. To summarise for a one night stop it was fine. Staff were very helpful

This hotel is completely rundown. It’s not clean and it’s absolutely disgusting. Upon coming into my room. The AC was not working and I’ve been told to wait. I’ve waited 45 minutes and it’s still not working. I pulled down the bedsheets and the bed is filthy, dirty, covered in dirt and hair. The rugs are filthy. the bathroom is gross.

This is a lovely clean and very modern hotel. We got to stay her due to our flight being delayed. Staff were helpful. Breakfast and food options were very good. There was a mini fridge in the room and tea making facilities. The only issue I had was that they did not have family rooms.

Stayed here for one night courtesy of EasyJet who bounced us to Naples from Sicily after the airport on Sicily closed due to a fire. The room was clean and serviceable, breakfast was typical sweet Italian and plentiful. My one concern was the guy on reception who wanted to keep our passports overnight because the photocopier wasn’t working. To my surprise it magically started working again when I told him that my passport was staying with me. Be very wary of taking a taxi here from the airport, it’s a rip off. 130 euros for a 20 minute ride, the taxi back to the airport was ‘only’ 75 Euros

Our flight was canceled so United sent a bus to take us here for the night. The staff was friendly enough but the room is disgusting. My husband and I had to share one bath towel, there were stains all over the walls and floors, and the complimentary meal we got for our canceled flight was cold pasta and french fries. The photos they provide are definitely not from this hotel.
