The overall experience was really good. I was welcomed by Fabio ( bellboy) and Caio ( reception). They both were kind, friendly and very professional, that was a great start. Breakfast at the Cipo restaurant is really good, plenty of options and great quality. The service at the restaurant is outstanding, to highlight Maiara, Elaine in the morning shift and Luiz and Davi in the evening, they all embody what customer service and hospitality is about: caring, professional, kind and efficient). The rooms are comfortable, although I was assigned a connected room and I could listen to my neighbor laughing and coughing. The blackout was great and the bathroom a bit small. Overall I think this is a great hotel, in a fantastic location ( 5 min walk from a nice shopping mall) and an outstanding service!

I stay at this hotel often for business. The staff is so professional, friendly and always helpful. The hotel restaurant offers great food and service. Must visit the coffee cafe, Tres Coracoes ask for Felipe or Ketlen, they are the best!! They make the best Latte!!

Convenient location in a beautiful neighborhood, next to Itaú Cubo. Some shopping malls nearby and a lot of restaurants walking distance. With its modern renovation and spacious rooms, it is my go to place at a good rate for short business trips in São Paulo.

Currently staying at a hotel that boasts itself as a contemporary and refurbished option for business travelers, I am facing deep disappointment. I had high hopes for a place that advertised "renovated, spacious, and modern rooms," but what I've encountered is a series of letdowns from the moment I arrived. Initially placed in a room that was anything but modern or renovated, I promptly lodged a complaint, expecting a quick fix. Surprisingly, I was moved to a room that still starkly contradicted the hotel’s advertised standards. The accommodations I've been given show a clear disregard for modernity, with furniture that appears haphazardly chosen and walls marred by stains indicative of long-term neglect. For someone on a business trip, the hotel environment should complement the workplace, affecting the overall success of the trip. Facing such decay and negligence is not just frustrating but also harmful to both productivity and mental well-being. This ongoing discrepancy between the hotel's promises and the actual state of affairs raises serious concerns about its honesty and commitment to customer satisfaction. Experiencing this firsthand has reminded me of the importance of consulting reviews and recommendations from other travelers, especially for hotels aiming at the business market. I urge potential guests to be wary and consider other accommodations before deciding on this hotel. To the hotel management, I stress the need for an immediate reevaluation of your maintenance, marketing, and customer service approaches to spare your guests from the unpleasant experiences I am currently enduring.
