This is one of the best stay I had in the recent quarter… Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly and helpful anytime you ring. Visited the Grand Mercure at Gopalan Mall on April 12th,from the starting step in to the stepping out everything was very good. The check-in process was hassle free and the room was allotted near the elevater which was very helpful and the buffet at La Utsav was delicious and appetising,the rooms were good and spacious. Over all a great stay!!

Great ambience. Wide range of options in food. Great music. Especially the fish cake and mutton biryani was delicious. Desserts were over the top. Sandip & Sanjita's service was really good. Staff were very friendly and tge service was quick.
