A pleasant hotel with a central location in the city. The staff and service are good. What I like most about this hotel is the family room, there are bunk beds which make my children very happy. Breakfast doesn't have much on the menu, but the taste of the food is delicious, and that's enough. If you go outside, there are many good restaurants or food stalls for you to enjoy. Swimming pool has a decent size and the water is not so cold so kids enjoy it very much.

"The room at 10th floor was exquisite with the view of beautifull mountain, the service attitude of Ibu Ina and the entire team (charming front desk agent, Security very atentives, FB service and kitchen manage smooth breakfast and efficient, room was cleaned and neat in daily basis) of Ibis Styles Malang was outstanding eventough in peak season, and the breakfast was delightful, this is the best stay in Idul Fitri season at Malang"

Benjamin Keluarga - Ulasan terverifikasi ALL

Secara keseluruhan team IBIS cukup baik, ramah dan helpful. Masalah adalah order 2 kamar di mana 1 upgrade karena gold member, sedangkan 1 nya mau upgrade dg kupon juga tdk ada kamar. Ok 1 kamar biasa, tapi mengapa sejak awal sdh request "No Smoking Room", malah diberikan Lantai Smoking Room. Ini yg sangat mengecewakan, shg semula minta early check in dtg pk 12.21. Kamar yang sangat bau rokok tersebut baru bisa ditempati ortu saya +/- di atas pk 16.00. Seharusnya IBIS malah mengurangi smoking room dan jika sudah jelas keluarga jangan malah diberikan kamar spt itu. Untung 1 kamar upgrade bisa late check out sampai sore. Breakfast cukup ok. Sebelumnya penilaian saya lebih tinggi, kali ini gara2 kamar bau rokok itu dan kita semua cape tidak bisa masuk2 kamar tsb,.padahal ingin istirahat semua, nilai max 7 saja

Good location with nice view of the city and mountains. Adequate rooms with good amenities. Staff are super friendly and courteous. Breakfast is adequate with wide selection of local cuisine. Conveniently located along main road to Surabaya.
