We are regular visitors to the in house restaurant for Dinner. Excellent food with even better service. The staff on duty are very attentive and go out of their way to make one feel comfortable. A special mention for Milan , one of the servers who we tend to meet when we come for a visit. A good relaxed place especially when you come for dinner.

Lovely service and good food. Thanx to the servers and staff of Nivitrl Goa Candolim. Special mention to John from the front desk who helped us with a beautiful room. And Sukamal and Kanika from the restaurant who served us yummy good food. Thanx again Novotel for impeccable service always. You never disappoint.

I booked Novotel for a guest and prebooked 25 days in advance but my guest was denied check in till 6.00pm in the evening .I kept calling their no and no one picked up the call. It was a very callous attitude. The duty manager did not have an iota of guilt that the guest was suffering. It was a typical case that brand is not always quality. Food trays in the breakfast were not refilled kept waiting for food to come. I expect Novotel to apologise for ruining the guests holiday.

The hotel has an amazing pool with a big kiddie pool too, the rooms are very comfortable and the poolside bar is fun too, the staff is very friendly and breakfast buffet is good as well we had a great time with friends, a perfect holiday destination
