Good value, accessible, centrally located accommodation with basic kitchen facilities. Was well cleaned throughout. Friendly, helpful staff bridged the gap between our poor French and making sense - without making us feel embarrassed. Great value breakfast!

We froze in the room, we needed to sleep with the jumper on. Heater in living room,not in the bedroom. Other than that, good location, clean room Food can be ordered . Vending machines at reception Parking available

We stayed at the Adagio on the 8 & 9th of April. We had booked with breakfast and reserved Parking. Checking was simple as I pre-checked in online before arrival. The parking is easy to find ,but you need to quickly go to Reception to get a temporary fob to open the gate, once parked you go back to Reception and they hand you your keys with a car park fob. Breakfast is continental, could do with more to choose from (hence 4 star) . Everything is clean and functional. The bedding is comfortable (I have Fibromyalgia).We did not cook but if you wanted, the basics are there. The staff is very pleasant, both at Reception and Breakfast. Bonus, if you need, they offer a Food order service of catering dishes you can pre-order before 12:00. City centre is all within walking distance and there are good bus services if needed. We certainly would use again.

Good place to stay. Residence is quite old, but very well kept. Studio are quite large and confortable. Parking under the residence. Nearby the town center (10 minutes by foot). Covid 19 measures seemed well implemented.

We needed an apartment hotel for a family stay in Rennes to allow us to eat in when needed (during Covid) and this one of the few options. The double room we rented was very small, but perfectly functional (and clean) for a family of four with small children and very affordable. The room was on the (smaller) road side, so sleeping with open windows at night (needed during summer!) was a bit noisy, but fine. Wifi worked fine. The hotel itself was quiet, but there may not have been many travellers there at the time. The staff were very friendly. There is a lift, but also nice, clean, accessible stairs.
