Hotel cukup bagus dan luar, receptionis juga ramah. begitu masuk kamar, bau pengap langsung tercium, seperti kamar hotel yang sudah tua. house keeping tidak pakai sepatu. secara keseluruhan cukup oke untuk harganya. mohon ditingkatkan lagi mengenai masalah bau pengap (tua) di kamar. terima kasih banyak.

Cukup puas, namun untuk breakfast atau menu sahur mungkin dapat di tingkatkan kembali variasi nya, kebetulan menginap seminggu dan variasi menu nya sangat terbatas.

Fabulous staff - only too happy to help with everything you may need, but sadly many other reviewers have stated the issues with the hotel. The state of the pool, tiles and safety rails, damp smelling rooms and lack of cleanliness. I dropped a lipstick on the floor which rolled under the bed - warning - do not look under the beds - dirt, discarded clothes, flip flops and assorted rubbish. Private beach had around 15 - 20 sun beds but only one parasol between them. Most guests who arrived on the hotel shuttle at 10.00am went back on the next shuttle at 11. Great pizzas made to order by the pool but the pizza oven gave off black soot which then sprinkled itself across the pool. Many other issues which clearly management are aware of but don't seem able to fix! Very sad to not be able to rate this hotel as the staff do work very hard but it needs serious investment to make essential repairs, and there are much better options in the area.
