Exceptional service by staff Clement! Very welcoming attitude and warming services. Free upgrade from him and I had a very good stay. Clement is attentive to every details! I had a 5-night business trip to Hong Kong and stayed here, because of combination of location/price/quality. Location is OK, 2 MTR stations quite near and short taxi drive for example to Central Station, Convention and Exhibition Centre and busy SoHo area. Reception is in 5th floor and from there to housekeeping, everybody was real friendly and helpful, they even gave us late check-out for free. Room was clean, with kettle and complimentary water. Bed was comfy and shower really good. Breakfast was decent and after eating that 8-9am, you could easily skip early lunch. Downstairs there's also a pub and Starbucks
