I stayed at pullman for 5 days it was amazing days . And specially at farmers basket amazing breakfast and staff was very friendly specially Prince ,Pawan & Manish was very polite and sincere . I will visit again I will not forget this moment …….

Lovely room and clean. Great service and attentive workers. Breakfast was excellent and Ranch and Armand served us well. Would recommend to stay here. Close to the airport and plenty of shops nearby for food and nice areas to walk around. Thanks

Disappointing Stay at Pullman Aerocity: A Gold Member's Experience

I stayed at the Pullman Aerocity in New Delhi from May 3rd to May 6th, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Right from the moment of check-in, I encountered issues that persisted until check-out. Upon arrival, I was informed that I needed to pay extra, despite having booked and paid for my stay in advance. After some back and forth, this issue was eventually resolved, but it was a frustrating start to my stay. As a loyal Gold member with Accor Hotels, I expected a smoother and more seamless check-in process. Another disappointment came when I tried to utilize the property credit included in my stay package. Despite having not exhausted the credit, I was repeatedly told by multiple staff members that it had been used up. This was clearly contradicted by the itemized expense report, which clearly showed that the credit had not been fully utilized. This discrepancy not only caused confusion but also left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the service provided. Not that I wanted to use more part of the credit, but getting lied to is not I expected at Accor Hotels. As a Gold member, I also expected to receive upgrades as part of my stay. However, despite upgraded rooms being available, I was denied this benefit, which was particularly disappointing given my loyalty to the Accor brand. At last upon asking multiple times, I was given an upgrade only for day 3. Overall, my experience at the Pullman Aerocity in New Delhi was marred by a series of issues ranging from incorrect information to a lack of recognition of my loyalty status. As a loyal customer, it is disheartening to encounter such problems, and it certainly tarnished my perception of the brand. Hope the hotel management reads and look in to these issues.
