I liked this hotel, it was a short stay just overnight but room was clean, well equipped and quiet. I will definitely stay here again when using the airport. Breakfast was good too. There is a nice restaurant just 8 minutes walk from the hotel which serves nice food.

Ok, a last minute booking. I was lucky enough to get a ticket to the rugby so accommodation was at a premium. I arrived very early, I hadn’t expected to be able to check in and there is NO BAGGAGE STORE… tbf, I was allowed check in early….although it was touch and go when i arrived. Lift broken, I was on the 5th floor…. Very limited food and drink offerings…..very very limited. Room was basic but ok for solo traveler with only somewhere for a heads down needed. Staff, let’s just say they needed to be humoured… they gave the impression they had carried the world on their shoulders. Lads, just smile, be friendly, the days go by much quicker if you do. Remember, it is customer service you provide. Very close to the tram, walkable to the airport. 2 star, probably about right… Oh, there was some sweeties left in the room on arrival which was a nice touch.

They would prefer to provide no customer service than accept they are at fault

Do you like customer service? Yes? Well this is not the place for you. Booking.com promised free breakfast but failed to mention this is only for adults. When I challenged this in an email to the hotel I was told "that's not correct". When I emailed again to say this is what booking.com had advertised, rather than rectify this with booking.com, they ignored my second mail. When I arrived, they gave me the 'advice' to not book with booking.com. Very helpful when two multinational companies blame the customer for their service glitches isn't it and then pretend they don't make money from each other. The receptionist told me I was ride because I didn't want her to explain how I was wrong for getting what I booked. It was all very frustrating.

Checked into the hotel late due to our flight and went to our room. We had been in bed around 30 minutes and the fire alarm went off due to a resident smoking in their room. There was no direction from staff as to where we should go whilst the alarm was going off Got back to our room eventually and went back to bed. However at 01:30 we were woken by knocking at the door. Without a chance of getting to the door it opened and the manager let himself in. He then proceeded to ask for our passports as someone else was due to have our room. It transpired that when we were checked in they booked us in under a completely different person's name. He gave a half hearted apology and left. Safe to say we didn't sleep after.the two debacles as we were convinced we would be woken up again. Worst night sleep and hotel experience we've ever had.

Since the airport closed at night (nothing was written on the webpage) and there were minus 5 degrees outside, we tried to find a place to stay for a couple of hours. The guy at the reception told us they didn't had rooms available and didn't even let us stay in the lobby. We just asked to stay inside for 2 hours, the lobby was empty and he had to stay there anyway. He kicked us out brutally saying "not my problem". A girl almost froze and had to call the ambulance. Rude, arrogant and most of all inhumane. I'm talking about who was at the reception the night between Saturday 10 December 2022 and Sunday 11 December. I hope the owner will read this and fire this animal.
