All the staffs are nice and accommodating, especially Allen of the reception, she is very nice and accommodating. She's also very efficient at her job. The hotel has very nice ambiance, clean and has good service. It's in the city center so it's very accessible.

Disappointing stay definitely not a 5 star!

Stayed for one night which was yesterday , booked as a couples stay with my reservation confirming a double bed. Was given two twin beds, was not made aware of this when checking in. Only noticed when we were allocated the room. I spoke to the check in desk who said they were sorry but they’re full and cant offer me a double bed. And when booked via a third party the number of guests on the booking are not confirmed which I found ridiculous. After repeating myself several times that I wasn’t happy with a twin room, housekeeping was sent to join the two twin beds together. Why they couldn’t just do this in the first place I don’t know. Booked a superior room, carpet was dirty and stained, found a nail clipping on the floor, the room was dingy and dark definitely not spacious as advertised the view consisted of dirty windows and a tower block. The Balmain toiletries seemed cheap knock offs and smelt of nothing. Was less than a luxury experience definitely not a 5 star hotel. Id say a 4 star maximum. The lifts were extremely slow often with long ques to use them. Breakfast was organised chaos! Nobody to greet us and give us a table. Not asked if we would like any tea of coffee. Staff seemed rushed off their feet. The only positive was the variety of food they had for breakfast. Room was 1440 and I could hear the next door room occupants shrieking until late hours in the night. A truly disappointing stay after a long days travel and first night in Abu Dhabi.

Every staff member was really professional and friendly. Impeccable cleaning. A variety of food dishes at dinner and breakfast. Rather close to the beach and shuttle service + towels provided. Not so much sun at the big pool in first part of the day, however you have a smaller one as backup.

Traveled with my husband on vacation. Nice hotel located just a short walk from the Corniche. Room was spacious. Disappointed late check was denied. Excellent service from the concierge Saju! He was very helpful with planning our activities and making reservations.

The Sofitel is a wonderful, family focussed and high serviced orientated hotel. We would without a doubt return to this wonderful location, greatly located on the Corniche and a taxi ride away from all tourist sights. Our favourite part of the hotel is without hesitation the excellent staff - starting with Adil in reception, Richard and Andrew on the 35th - a credit to the hotel ambience and not forgetting the brilliant Chef Riza who despite all the guests remembers our specific egg order daily! We are warmly welcomed every morning to the breakfast lounge by Saqib, also we loved Binod -the wonderful concierge staff who does everything with a beautiful smile. The hotel has a massive variety of food at breakfast and we found all the food absolutely delicious. There are a few pools and a jacuzzi and we had lots of fun playing in the pool which overlooks the sea. The room is spectacular, cleaned daily very spacious with incredible views of the ocean. We just loved our stay and will miss it once we leave!
