The room was very clean and there was a homely feeling when I walked in on the first day. I really felt at home. Bed was sooo comfortable. I would fall asleep as soon as I hit the bed. Thank you great service. At the Catalina restaurant, I had the steak special and it was amazing and the breakfast was really lovely, not too many choices but just right for the many of us looking at just grabbing a quick brekky before leaving for business meetings. The staff were extraordinary and just to make mention of a particular attendant at the restaurant, Jin I believe was the name. Thank you for the lovely service. I will definitely recommend and let my friends and family know of this hotel. Thank you

The staff were very attentive and helpful. Tim’s service at dinner and breakfast was excellent. Thank you Novita, Sapna and Jin for your culinary inspiration and service. We thoroughly enjoyed the scallops and barramundi at dinner and the extensive buffet breakfast with something for everyone.

Fantastic service and great food, we love the pizza and barramundi. The ambience was also good. The location is next to the DFO, the pool is under maintenance but no problem. We will be here soon in the future and we will book this hotel again, specially thank to Reece.

Great hospitality at the Novotel, looked after a our football team well. Jin was great help and made things very easy for our team. Would love for the team to stay here more often, facilities were amazing and the food and beverages were in point.
