Arrived at the hotel and was greeted by a very happy and pleasant security guard.......then things went from bad to worse!!! Reception staff unpleasant and unprofessional on booking in, we were a large party of 8 rooms for the first night and 6 rooms for our second night, we were all separated on different floors and everyone commented about how small the rooms were and looked dated, the carpets on every floor looked stained and dirty, but the rooms were clean to be fair! The restaurant was closed at night time on both nights but open for the dreadful breakfast which doesn't cater at all for European guests! Drinks at the bar were extremely expensive and served by miserable uninterested staff! The pool is way too small and again looks dated!! Each room has only 2 pillows which are flat, so I went to reception and asked for 2 more.....I was told I could have one for free but would have to pay 50 baht for the other one!!!! I had a hotel myself for 32 years and have visited hundreds of others.... Never have I had to pay for a pillow.....it's not the money but the principal, I refused to pay on checkout!! I have stayed at numerous ibis hotels and yes I know they are budget but this is ridiculous especially after our party has spent over 20,000baht on our stay! The security guard needs to teach the other lazy disinterested staff to smile 😁

Incredible things! Khun Mew, Khun Ann, and Khun Pang are exceedingly kind and powerful. They are the ideal team because they provide good suggestions for the surrounding areas and helpful additional information about Huahin! I was really glad to stay here, and I will definitely return. If you want to relax and have fun, I recommend!!!

I went to this hotel because I bought a package that included the Vana Nava Hua Hin water park. I traveled with 6 friends. The water park was fun. I Stay at ibis Huahin, The hotel looked clean. The receptionist named K.Ann takes care of checking in very well and change the fridge in my room for a new one because it's not working. Importantly, this hotel is close to the market. Near a convenience store Makes it easy to find food or hang out. Breakfast tastes general. Overall good. I like it.

I know this is a Budget hotel but it does not mean budgeted customer service. As a Platinum member, when I checked in I was given welcome drink coupon, which clearly stated “upto 2 drinks for double occupancy”. We had double occupancy but the staff insisted only one drink. It’s a small matter and I didn’t argue. But, thought it was not right. Any other hotel would not argue with a Platinum member but this hotel chose to. The issue is not one drink or 2 drinks but the entire approach to customer experience. Train your staff accordingly.

The hotel itself is lovely, basic with everything you need. Staff are very friendly and pleasant. They have a shuttle bus which on arriving found it was just to shuttle people to the car park, what a waste they could make money by offering a shuttle bus service into Hua Hin and back. The pool, although adequate was freezing and the steps going into the pool and out are very dangerous, made of chrome plated shiny metal, they are extremely slippery when trying to enter and exit the pool, my foot slipped twice and I have ended up with a couple of very painful and huge bruises on my leg. The breakfast, although adequate, didn't cater for Europeans, only fried eggs offered, plenty of fresh fruit which was delicious, the juice offered had been watered down which spoiled the flavour. I cannot stress enough that the staff were lovely, already with a smile whenever you saw them and so helpful, again a shortage of staff who could speak English, it was sometimes difficult to speak with them. The hotel is brilliant for a one or two night stay.
