Nice Hotel - Except for Metro Rumble from Early Morning Until Late, Sloppy Management -NOT 4 Star.

The Hotel is located in a perfect location for the Opera. We booked a superior room but were given a normal room which was dark, on the second floor with the sound and vibration of the metro which runs underneath. It clearly shows in the photos on the hotel website that our room was not a larger room which we had booked although the guy on reception assured us that is was. Having not slept I went to reception at 6.00 a.m and was told that another room was available. When we came to move rooms the room we were allocated was no longer available. There was fortunately, another one on the 5th floor which was quieter. The room was fine but no way 4 star. No robes, no slippers, basic dispenser shower gel from a cheap brand, no cleaning (only after 7 days apparently) thin small towels, lumpy foam pillows. Attention to detail missing - like the wifi password is changed every month apparently, which lead to a trail of people having to go to reception to ask about why they lost wifi when a notice could easily be put in reception. We had no tissues the dispenser and someone complained that they has no shower gel and a leaking sink. Lovely staff but very sloppy management which could easily be fixed. NO way this is a 4 star hotel.

The hotel itself is lovely, however upon arrival we’re told the air conditioning wasn’t working. My husband is an electrician and through fault finding discovered the hotel were actually controlling it and turning it off to save power. Not acceptable when it’s advertised as being fully air conditioned. As well as this on our first night after returning from dinner, we discovered there was no bedding for our children. Upon asking at reception we were told that they couldn’t help us and expected that our children would sleep without bedding. Their attitude was appallingly unfriendly and uncaring. After about 45 minutes I said I would phone our travel agent, at which time bedding was “miraculously”found. Such a disappointing experience. While the hotel itself was lovely, the deplorable customer service left a bad taste in our mouths. We would not recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff and convenient. Great location with lots to choose from and near the shopping centers and popular restaurants. Newly renovated apartments with air-conditioning and mini kitchens for quiet evenings.

Not recomended. Bad service. Unknowledged staff.

This aparthotel is total mess. From the check-ins by reception who doesnt understand at all about connecting room and the door key not functioning at one room so we can just checked in at 2am. The place is so dusty and mess esp in the elevator and alley to the room.

My third visit to the to delightful Paris this year. I had stayed in Adagio, Bastille this year already. So expected same quality, but was disappointed Great location, 5 mins from the main shopping stores, restaurants. But my room was small compared to Bastille's, worse of all the shower was the weakest I had ever experienced and the sink plug handle was missing. An unloved and uncared for Hotel room.
