Only used this hotel as stopover for 7 hours before 2am flight and staff were really lovely and kind. The room was clean and tidy and the view from the high floor was lovely. The bed somewhat hard as had a short nap and did the job for a very short stay. I do hate the large soap dispensers hotels now seem to use rather than small toileteries as it’s so impersonal and money pinching. Thank you the very tall porter and front desk staff you were lovely and deserve a pay rise.

Receptionist Bad Behavior

The Indian receptionist pretending that can't see the guests checkin eventhough Infront of your face. Judgemental and bad behavior. Waited more than 15mins before she entertain. We call her attention how many times. Novotel Hotel put Customer Service who is not heartless to Guests who are tired and need to rest for a long day hardwork.

The hotel is located in a nice place , calm and peaceful . The receptionist Ambika helped us a lot with extending the saty and giving late check out . Joviale and Khaled was very nice . The rooms were clean and nice food . We will come back again for sure .

Morning all, Just spent a very enjoyable long stay in hotel, Apt 1947. Can't speak highly enough of hotel and more importantly the staff. Reception, excellent, very professional, no job too big or small and thank you for updating all the Accor points. Housekeeping, wonderful, apartment always left spotless, plenty of towels and cold drinking water when required, again, always pleasant and helpful. Thank tou to the lovely Myanmar lady in the coffee shop for my morning cappuccino and croissant, always very professional. On site Italian restaurant fantastic. Great menu, excellent food, very friendly and efficient staff. Try the Beef short rib pasta or anyvofvthe seafood dishes. Many thanks. Valeting service excellent, friendly staff, car ready to go every morning. Last but not least Belgian Beer Cafe, I'm in the trade and know what a well run bar looks like and this run ticks the boxes. Mr Nick runs the show and ably assisted by his Indian supervisor and a fantastic team. Was just like going on to my local bar in Ireland, fabulous welcome always. Super food, great theme nights, Wing's, Ribs, Don't miss the Sunday carvery, always go hungry, great portions. Go to desserts, Belgian waffles and Creme brulee. Big selection of beers, me and my boys were happy with soft drinks but the wife says they so a nice glass of Sauvignon. Member, tip the staff, hard work, let them know there appreciated.
