The life guards there are so friendly his name is shakkan he deserves a reward and his other friend I really recommend this hotel and the bed is really amazing and they have the best service ever I would like to vist this place again anytime soon

Spacious, clean rooms and a comfortable mattress, e.g. high sleeping quality are only a few things that I like about the Novotel Fujeirah. The staff is very friendly and takes good care of the guest in a very inobstrusive way. The restaurant offers a good choice of oriental, delicious food, not to mention the long opening hours. There's no problem because the hotel is located on the edge of town, since taxis are available at all times and drive you around for little money. I think I must come back...

Fabulous staff is the heart and soul of this property… Santos took great care of my room, Arman ensured a superb breakfast, Kenneth and Jama took care of my City Cafe needs and Cora and her team at the gym/pool were fabulous. Josie at Reception had a welcoming smile and Faruk made sure all my pesky questions were answered and actioned at the Concierge desk. All this fabulous customer service is what makes your stay well worth the money ! Shukran everyone !

Great welcome team Pan was amazing very professional and has the can do attitude. The overall experience was really good very friendly and relaxing thanks to Pan at the reception. The breakfast and dinner buffet were a bit below standard. The staff charged us for coffee with the dinner which I think it was not really fair

Great Service from Lyn and Brandon in Sports Lounge. Very accommodating and made me feel comfortable everytime I visit the lounge. Service was excellent. Lots of choices and the place was very relaxing. Helps you feel relax after a long day. Definitely coming back.
