Unpleasant Service from Nishadhi

Our stay started to go downhill when we were checking-in and attended by the staff, Nishadhi who is very unhelpful and sarcastic with her responses. We shook it off as we have great plans ahead. However, for the following days that we were there, Nishadhi remains to be in rudely manner and very unaccommodating. Been staying at IBIS in different locations. IBIS MOE is not really recommended.

Amazing stay. Thanx to Khaled at the front desk for his amazing and prompt service. Keep up the good work. I will definitely be back because Ibis has been my favourite for years. The chicken and avo burger from in room dining was also very satisfying.

However, the hotel is marred by several negative aspects. The service is notably slow, affecting the overall experience. Furthermore, interactions with some staff members can be unpleasant due to their rudeness, which detracts from the hospitality expected at a hotel. A particularly disappointing aspect is the hotel's apparent stinginess in service, which is palpable and diminishes the value of staying here. These shortcomings contribute to an overall impression that this is among the least satisfactory 3-star hotel experiences available in Dubai. Despite its few positives, the negatives heavily overshadow, making it difficult to recommend for those seeking a pleasant stay.

Abikesh was polite and diligent at work. The room was cleaned on time and linens changed regularly. Overall it was a pleasant stay during my travel to Dubai at the Ibis property. The staff are well trained and the location is close to Mall of Emirates.
