I’m use this hotel on a regular basis as it is super convenient for early morning flights from Terminal 5. The service is always flawless and I can no fault it. Rooms are clean and spacious, food and lounge is also great. This is my second time to be greeted at reception by Aartee and her commitment to providing great customer service stands out and she is a great ambassador for the hotel.

So good. Look no more.

Excellent hotel stay. Clean, well appointed, wonderful service all the way around. I was especially impressed with the room service and front desk team members. Convenient and made you feel like you were miles away from the airport bit super convenient for business travel. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Just 2 issues… otherwise excellent!

First, there are no bedside sockets or plugs. Second, the bedside light switches were not working. Were not for these, this would have garnered a 5. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay. The location is not so ideal as Central London is pretty far. But for transiting guests, this is perfect. Oh… before I forget… the guy behind the Transpo desk Jose is pretty useless and arrogant

Devya went above and beyond to help me book my stay at the Sofitel Heathrow Hotel. She was very efficient and just overall lovely to deal with. Will definitely recommend this hotel. Customer service was on point. Prices are reasonable too with a very convenient location

As always, a fantastic stay. I couldn’t fault this hotel even if I tried; from the hotel itself, super comfortable beds and brilliant staff - Sofitel Heathrow is my no1 choice for stays at the airport. I would love to mention more staff but don’t remember names, however Tajin in the Club Millesime was excellent and made us feel very well looked after. All of the reception staff are superb as well. Can’t wait for my next stay.
