The service we received was fantastic from beginning to end. We were upgraded to a better view, which was great, but more importantly, all staff members were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the location was fantastic. It’s within walking distance to street food, restaurants, and shopping. They have family rooms with bunkbeds, and the pool is deep, but still good for children, and there is a children’s pool. We would happily stay again.

We arrived at 11am and the receptionist here especially Minh,Thang and Yen, they supported us a lot and support us to early check in because we were very tired after flight, the food was so good, hotel have free service for guests like sauna,steam bath and we all enjoy it, highly recommend for all come to Nha Trang
