Nice hotel close to the Ginza neighborhood. Convenient to a couple of train stations too. Very nice rooms and comfortable bed and linens. The lobby is gorgeous. The staff was helpful but seemed kind of young and inexperienced. Like, it would have been nice if the bar and restaurant was open, it was closed almost every day we were there, and the last day when the bar finally opened, it closed very early. We never saw the restaurant open. Why have such a lovely restaurant and bar if it's never open? Why give a free drink coupon to premium Accor members if you can't use it? It just seems odd that no one at the hotel thought that you might want to actually use a free drink coupon. When we mentioned that, they just shrugged like it wasn't a "hotel" issue, so not something they cared about.

Beautiful hotel we enjoyed our last night before heading home to Hawai’i 🌺 Our registration went smoothly because of Rojju… such a Sweetheart and her help was greatly appreciated! Speaks English and our room was spacious ♥️ Yamashita-San at the bar was a joy and does his best on conversation with us 🥰 The shuttle bus to the Haneda Airport was a Blessing after our train, subway adventure 🥰

This is a very good centrally located hotel good if you wont be spending a lot of time at the hotel. There is a decent breakfast but no other restaurant times. The room was smallish but clean, up to date and had everything you normally need. No bells and whistles but otherwise recommended.

So this hotel experience in Tokyo Is the worst so far 1) my daughter fell down in the tub at the first night , I told my husband to ask for a non-slippery mat , your staff said there’s none , and then all in sudden said there’s ? ( where’s the professional ? ) 2) the brand of the shampoo and body wash , after we use it our skin were super try , I don’t understand why there’s not lotion provided , we need to go get lotion the next day for that reason 3) I stayed for 5 nights , we kept hearing pounding sound from the upper room every night even after I complained to your staff I still hear it 4) I have back problem after I came back to Hong Kong , because of your bed quality , it’s super poor , not enough support and make sound of every move we made on the bed with my daughter , at last I need to go to a back therapist to fix it 5) your front desk staffs , everytime I pass by there’s no smile no greetings , not enthusiastic at all which is super rare for me to see in Tokyo I booked my trip from trip.com , not sure how you get 4 stars , unfortunately I cannot leave my comment as this stay , but for sure I will find another website to tell ppl your hotel is not worth every penny Before this trip I got another trip coming in Shenzhen , I was considering to stay at mecure Shenzhen , but after this horrible experience, I will not choose to stay for sure

Stayed 5 nights on business trip - my 2nd stay in 6 months. Hotel is well located for transport (Ginza Line), shopping and eating options. Excellent restaurant just 1 min walking distance (Tofuro). Superior Room with Twin Beds or Queen Bed is of good size and good standard for Tokyo. Western style breakfast is available each morning in a comfortable dining room and is worth the additional cost and convenience. Staff are multilingual and speak good English. Service standards are outstanding. There are always multiple staff at reception 24 hrs 7 days waiting and willing to assist with anything you need. They are a real asset to this hotel and one of the key reasons I booked for a 2nd stay.
