Very decent Ibis

Was surprised to realize the hotel is so well communicated both with Heathrow airport and London city center. Underground station linking both is within short walking distance from the hotel. Hotel itself is under reconstruction but actual impact on guests' wellbeing is very low and not even worth mentioning. Staff is very nice and helpful. Corridors are very clean and quiet. It is quite hard recently to find a hotel where you don't hear elevators, closing doors or habits of other guests. Room has basic features but nothing is missing maybe apart from a drawer where one could store clothes. Loved the safe. Big one and easy to use. Bed was super comfy. Slept like a baby. Restroom not missing anything, liked as well assuming you can like your restroom. WiFi worked perfectly fine. Breakfasts are served from 6:30. British standard. Didn't like the scrambled eggs though. Not sure actually if eggs were used in the production 🫣 Everything else was ok though. There is a night bar as well. Never managed to get there but each time I passed by it was full so must be cool as well. Looking forward to return there next time I am in London

Salim was very helpful and accommodating, we arrived before check in time he arranged an early check in for us with no extra charge. The room was clean, comfortable and met our needs. There is currently a refurbishment taking place but this caused no disruptions. Positives - plug sockets/usb sockets by the beds!

The hotel is easy to find, close to subway station. The room is nice and bright. I was greeted immediately at the reception and received a fast and early checkin by Salim.

Great Hotel and have stayed many times before, look forward to going back again! 👌 Great Bar,Rooms and And great Selection for the Breakfast, Rooms very clean and Tidy and all staff Very friendly and helpfull and Great location for London.

You get what you see in the internet not more or less. The stuff was kind and the rooms clean. The location is also not to bad, you have everything around (Restaurants , Underground, Groceries). It’s a perfect hotel for a city trip, the rooms are small but it’s easily enough for a few nights.
