Baru pertama kali tidur di hotel ibis tidak diberikan apa2 hanya handuk dan sabun cair minum air disuruh bayar 1 euro sebotol dan tidak diberi well Come drink parah sekali

The hotel was well located as you can find a bus stop at the end of the road. You have to walk 2 minutes to reach the bus which can ride you through the city and the final stop is right next to the subway station. There are good services and there is air conditioning inside the room. The only problem is that there were mold on the ceiling.

We had to change rooms twice because of a broken toilet that didn’t flush and then because the front door did not lock properly. This was very annoying and inconvenient for us and when we told the lady at reception that we weren’t happy she looked at us in a rude manner as if to say ‘what do you want me to do about it?’ Not even an apology on behalf of the hotel. Very unprofessional. We also thought our air conditioning was broken but we were told that there is a rule across the whole of Rome that in certain months of the year all air conditioning is not allowed to be switched on. Not sure how true that it. Probably lies. The hotel is situated in a really inconvenient location if you’re wanting to go into central Rome. You have to get a bus (which doesn’t come very often) and then you have to get the metro. There are surrounding restaurants and shops within walking distance which is useful. Overall wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel, this was a last minute trip and was the only option available. So book in advance if you’re going to Rome.

Good budget hotel i excellent area

Was attending a nearby conference, but stayed at this place a sort walk away. It was very good. The room was clean, tidy and well appointed. The breakfast was self serve and excellent, especially the coffee. There are two nearby local restaurants who served excellent quality and value meals of a local cuisine.

Staff were pleasant, location perfect if you want to be close to the airport. They advertise that they have a shuttle to the airport for 5 Euro and I even confirmed this via email but turns out they did not for some reason. A taxi ride is @ 32 Euros for 4 people with luggage. The buffet breakfast was amazing, lots of choices. There is no safe in the room. The shower area is big enough. There is an Italian restaurant about a 2 minute walk . It was good but the owners didn't speak very much English, they will show you their menu on a tablet for you to browse thru. Otherwise they have the menu on a QR code that you can look at if you want that choice. Very friendly people there. There is a grocery story within walking distance . Staff were very helpful with directions. Would stay again.
