Friendly staff, good breakfast, rooms (saw three of them) all run down, ( hair dryer faulty, bathroom appliances faulty, rain gutter damaged which gives a huge noise when raining day or night) however biggest issue is the security system in hotel, two of my daughter in law‘s handbags and my son‘s laptop were stolen. Police were called however it won’t be successful as the Management has no idea who went into the room because there are no security cameras in the hallway which let’s us believe the crime was done by the cleaner and we won’t change our opinion unless the management has proof otherwise. All in all, we won’t come back.

I stayed at the Hotel for 2 nights and I really liked the location. It was really close to the attractions . The good part was the room, a lot of space for one person and it was nice and cosy. However, I must say that the receptionist Farzaneh was really welcoming and really kind and she definitely made my experience great.

Stayed here for a night on business purpose and had a good stay overall. Staff was friendly, the room clean and quiet and the location very central. Only minus are that some of the furniture could be replaced as it is worn down a little.

Stayed here while attending a convention in Cologne. Hotel is in a great location, 5 minutes walk away from the main station & within easy reach of Konigsalle & Altstadt. Room was a good size on the third floor, plenty of natural light with the curtains opened. Bathroom a little tighter but enough space to do what's needed. Overall clean & cheerful, exactly what you need after a day wandering round convention halls! Main draw backs were the lack of a fridge within the room & with it being on a busy road it can get a bit noisy if you have to have the windows open. Staff were professional & pleasant whenever I dealt with them. 100% would consider staying here if I'm back in town again!

I was really pleased with this hotel. Had a great room on the third floor. It was quiet at night. Every day had an excellent breakfast - so plentiful that it lasted all day! The staff were delightful. The room was very clean throughout and serviced daily. My room had a safe (you set the combination yourself). The hotel was about six minutes' walk from the Hbf and with a quick walk to Oststrasse Metro, just two stops to the Altstadt and the Rhein. This was a really good hotel at a very reasonable price and I will be staying again when I return to Dusseldorf.
