Thank you Ibis Northampton once again for a lovely stay. The professional and lovely staff especially the night staff when I had to check out at 4am, the bottled water, cookies, comfy bed, storage heater, fan, complimentary drink..what more can I say. I appreciate you on my regular visits to Northampton. Only place to stay for a regular customer. Northampton is a great town, great food places to eat and steeped in History. Sharon

My stay at iBis Northampton was overall satisfactory, with comfortable amenities and a convenient location. The breakfast provided was okay, offering a decent selection to start the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to the positive aspects of my stay. However, one notable downside was the cleanliness of the walls in my room. Despite the friendly staff and decent facilities, the presence of dirt on the walls detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure a more enjoyable stay for future guests.

After staying here previously & not experiencing a very good stay. We put in a complaint and this was professionally handled by Management. A further stay confirmed that this is a very well priced, clean & very good hotel. The location is very good with everything within walking distance. We will continue to use when visiting Northampton again.

Key cards do not work there is something wrong with the system.possible hack...also the breakfast booking needs sorting out otherwise not bad, dodgy people wandering around at night trying to get in.. Same everywhere I guess but we wud get to the room and get stuck in lift as keyboard didn't work several times

I had a three night stay here arriving Thursday. Room was clean and tidy. Problems arose when the 2 Indian ladies next door chatted loudly from 1am to 5am at which point I called reception and was given a room on the next floor down. I’m afraid last night was party central in a number of rooms with load music until 1am from room opposite I might be wrong but I think security intervened It all cranked up again at 5 so I’m v v tired One issue is the room I had had interconnecting doors which basically means they might as well be in the room Ask for a room without a connecting door
