Great location. Near the zoo and Tiergarten park. Near the main shopping street. Right next to a tube station though you cant hear it through the windows. Breakfast was great. Only issue was the fold out bed was a bit uncomfortable but otherwise perfect.

This hotel is in a great location. There is a direct train via the S Bahn to the airport. Rooms are comfortable and the bar area is very good. Prices are very reasonable. This was our 5th visit to this hotel. That alone speaks of the service and fabulous experience. We will return

There was a small problem with the check in and air condition but in generall my stay was good. The hotel is located just opposite the train station S Bahn Tiergarten west part of Berlin. Friendly staff especially at the hotel bar. My room was big & clean. I also like the mini bar option at the floor outside the room.

Neat, modern , clean as usual with Novotel. You can park your car easily. The hotel is in front of the tiergarten station as well as in front of the famous park. Numerous restaurants in the area as well as the zoo . Nice fitness room and wellness area within the hotel . Right choice and is really worth the money.

Enjoyable hotel for a larger style hotel. Clean. Across the street from a metro station and the park. I appreciated the children's play area and the toy they gave my child. The food is the restaurant was underwhelming.
