Very poor accommodation overall. They don't seem to care about customer care. I asked the receptionist three times for an iron over the space of 4 hours and he couldn't give me an answer as to why he couldn't provide one even though it mentions that they provide ironing facilities. I also asked could I leave my suitcases in the storage area room for a few hours while I went to my office and the receptionist told me I would have to book for another night. Maybe train your staff into dealing with customer could be a good start. Avoid at all possible

Worst stay ever

I have travelled the world and yet on a trip from Sydney to Melbourne pulled in to this hotel for the night. It was the worst experience ever. Very dirty. Rude staff. Asked for a towel as there were 3 of us staying and advised one towel per room. Didn't sleep as worried due the seedy feel of other occupants. Do NOT stay here.

Not one to usually do a review but would feel negligent if I dint. Budget Ibis Dandenong was the worst accommodation I have had and that’s saying something as I travel for work a lot , it’s housed with homeless , junkies , prostitution, and a lots of noisy conflict all hrs of the day , whilst staying there for work I had a bloke screaming I’m dying for a hr at 6am in the morning , rooms are like a shoe box, seen bigger ensuite in a caravan , hygiene was appalling walls covered in snot and blood , bed sheets were stained like someone wee the bed and hadn’t been washed , multiple long black hairs through bed felt as though bed sheets hadn’t been changed for a long time floor was sticky , drug deals and druggies hanging out all day out the front of hotel , as we were walking to Ute there was a little drug bag empty on the ground out the front of hotel ,in my honest opinion I reckon Bali prison has better conditions than the room I was in , overall I think the building should be knocked down with a lot of the rats still in it , would be know loss too the Dandenong community

It is ZERO. Not even a ONE Absolutely a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE 15 minutes I felt numb & sick & bolted back to my car. I honestly think a PRISON cell or HOMELESS shelterwould be more comfortable. The shower was in a cupboard (honestly) Disgusting area of Dandenong. OMG. Just don’t do it. PLEASE!!!!’ The manager said. All the rooms are the SAME 😂😂😂😂

All in all a great 3 day stay. It’s a budget ibis so you get great value for money in a good spot. Room was basic but amazingly clean and functional. Everything you need for travellers on a budget or workers in the area. Clean sheets, coffee, hot showers and wonderful staff including Udari, Sam and Zaka on reception. Microwaves and laundry available lots of free parking aswell. So nice to meet with Shisha and Edwin from housekeeping that do an amazing job a credit to the ibis. There are a few mid term residents and some that are doing it rough but I chatted to everyone and was welcomed and engaged by all with some interesting stories. Accor plus amenities also provided wow. Well done Wahaj.
