Great stay as ever. The Lounge is cosy and relaxing. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience, shout out to Tiffany. She knows my preferences well that made me truly feel like Home. I always look forward to the next homecoming stay towards the end of each stay!

I’d stayed here previously and was a bit dubious after reading some reviews. However my welcome and stay was excellent. All the staff were courteous and helpful. The room was extremely clean and all facilities very good. The two receptionists Mathew and Tiffany went out of their way to assist me in any queries I had. They were polite professional and friendly. So nice to see

I stayed for a couple of nights at the Novotel Century in Hong Kong, and I had a great experience. Already from the check in, the staff was very helpful and kind, which made my stay much more pleasurable. The hotel is clean, has great breakfast and it's location is perfect to be able to explore Hong Kong, with many public transport options nearby. The hotel itself is great, but I think the staff and their helpfulness and kindness makes this hotel excelent. Looking forward to staying again!

Such desolation! I have been a loyal client of this hotel for the past 15 years, but this visit will be my last. The rooms are getting old and were too noisy. The quality of service has declined and is no longer customer-oriented. There was no attention to detail—nothing. The quality of the breakfast has also deteriorated; the hotel now provides only industrial food, and the coffee is far from meeting expectations. When I visited the lounge, it was empty, yet all the tables were covered with food waste. No one cleaned up until I asked. It seems that there is no one in charge of this hotel, and the staff are like sailors navigating a boat without a captain.
