Very fine hotel. Easy to find, clean. Had no issues. Very close to the train station and close to other restaurants. The only downside is the city of Naples is a quiet town and everything closes by like 8 or 830 at night. We still had a great time.

I stayed only for a night. The hotel is located just in front of Garibaldi Metro station,with line 1 ,you can easily reach Municipio which is in the city centre. Room are a bit dated but cleaned and efficient with balcony. Breakfast was super,really good. Staff are excellent . I really enjoyed my stay and I wish to be back soon.

€180 for one night, the most expensive Ibis hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was small, dated, bed not comfortable and TV was a small screen and not Satellite TV. For €180 (excluding breakfast) I'm expected much more. Staff were excellent and the scrambled egg also wonderful! Will not be staying here again

This hotel is underrated. The rooms were great with clean bathrooms and king size beds. I also had two balconies. The staff are absolutely brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and always cheerful. The breakfast selection was very good although scrambled egg wasn't brilliant. Otherwise hot drinks, fruit juice and water were plentiful. Hot drinks were available free all day. The close proximity to Garibaldi and Central stations made for an excellent touring venue. Good selection of restaurants nearby. Thanks for making an excellent holiday.

Do I recommend it? Actually, almost yes. Would I come back - probably yes, but... Overall, I would give it a rating of 3+. Why? First, there was a technical problem when booking the hotel via the website. So I wrote an email to the hotel. This way I booked two rooms for the period from September 29 to October 2, 2023. The disadvantage of this booking method is the lack of online payment. However, I provided the card details in the form as a guarantee of the reservation. The day before arrival, the hotel tried to charge the cost of one night, but I was not informed about this anywhere in advance. However, hotel employees - despite having the correct data - entered the incorrect expiration date of the card. As a result, the bank blocked the transactions. Nobody called me to ask what was going on. However, I immediately received an email informing me that my reservation was not guaranteed. I was already on vacation, and the situation made me slightly stressed and resulted in a decline in the quality of my rest. What's worse, after my reply to the e-mail that the hotel had the correct data (which I checked and sent again), the discussion continued for several more messages, and only a few hours later - the transaction was successful. There was stress, my day was slightly ruined. After arriving at the hotel, the crew apologized to me. I received additional points on my ALL account, but the rooms did not meet expectations at all. So I went and asked for a change. Another crew assured me that the swap would take place the next morning. In the morning I heard "I'm sorry, that room isn't available." I had the impression of a total organizational mess. The stay was still ok, but the bad taste remained. Apart from points, the hotel did not offer anything for its additional mistakes, so I will expect compensation from Accor.
