Clean and comfortable for a short stay. Easily accessible and very convenient for domestic airport. Helpful staff. Reasonably priced for location. Walking distance to domestic terminals and 10 minutes by cab to international terminal.

The shuttle took 40 minutes to get to the hotel for what is supposed to be a 4 minute ride. The staff took my card, asked my name and put me in the wrong room anyway so I had to go back down. The kitchen staff left an hour before the kitchen was supposed to close. The room has way too much furniture and nowhere to store bags because of it. The sink in the bathroom has disgusting stains. The bed is hard as a rock. The housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:30 despite the DnD sign and 11 am checkout policy. Then the front desk immediately called to ask what time we’d be checking out despite an 11 am check out policy. This place is barebones, dirty and not filled with the most polite or bright staff. It would have been a better idea to sleep at the airport.

Room 211 & 238. The rooms were dirty, there were stains all over the carpet and the lounge seat and hair on the carpet. Food left in the refrigerator and room not properly cleaned and A/C didn’t work. We were originally put in Room 211 but it was dirty so was moved to 238 which was better but still disgusting 🤮 All the staff were amazing though and went above and beyond to try to make us feel comfortable even offering complimentary restaurant vouchers unfortunately no amount of vouchers could be enough to get me to sleep in those rooms. I was fortunate enough to stick to my principles and negotiate a full refund. We went next door to the Pullman Hotel which was amazing! I understand Ibis is a budget accommodation chain and I’ve happily stayed at other Ibis hotels before with no problems. But this is unacceptable and I’m sure Ibis is aware that it’s not acceptable. What I suspect they’re doing (as was the case with us) is booking out the dirty rooms to those who’s bookings have become non-refundable- then using that argument to not give a refund on a dirty room. Buyer beware!

So Small I had to crawl over the luggage to get into bed.

Possibly the smallest hotel room ever. Even the handbasin was in the shower. Turned me off Ibis hotels for life. One night is better than the airport floor but thats about it. Sheets were clean and their is a bus to the airport however the bus driver tired to get us to pay him cash to get a ride on it - seemed like a dodgy deal.

It’s a very basic hotel, so don’t expect anything special. But if you just need a place to crash for a night before/after your flight, then it will do. Though the room is a bit tired, it is really clean and all the staff are super nice! approximately 10-15mins walking distance from the domestic airport.
