Convenient, good location and value, but not for the disabled

The rooms were good and clean, reception friendly and helpful, but I had booked 2 rooms, one for myself and my husband and one for my elderly mother. The hotel has a disabled parking bay, so presumably you cater for disabled guests, yet the shower has no grip bar nor non-slip mat, so my mother was unable to have a shower. We stayed in 4 different IBIS Budget hotels during our one week trip abroad and it was the same in each hotel. Your website should state clearly that you do not cater for disabled guests so that others do not suffer the same problem.

Basic, cheap, OK for a night or two, not more.

Toilet without toilet seat and lid, washbasin in the room, not in the bathroom. Bathroom door with noisy spring lock. Third bed is mounted on top of double bed below; Mind your head! Door opens with 6 digit key code. Breakfast is basic. Located in an industrial area far away from Dresden. You need a car. Reception desk staffed only during limited business hours. This hotel was our option because other, better hotels, closer to Dresden downtown were fully booked or quoted extra high prices in the pre-Christmas season. Basic, cheap, OK for a night or two, not more.

Good bed, cosy, super breakfast, fast WiFi, big parking. 15 of 10 possible points, a real hotspot. Can recommend it with regard to price level, staff, room, public transport connections, travelling by own car super location near motorway. Top.

The bedroom is clean. The bed is soft. The room was spacious. However the bathroom is a wet room and smelt of urine mixed with cleaning products ... It was clean for sure but clearly there had been something interesting happen in there for it to smell that badly . The toilet also had no seat and was plastic. It was odd. The staff speak no English. And I mean no English

I like this hotel. A big disadvantage is that it is in a village about an hour from the city-center, however, when I was young, I lived in a similar village, so I like this atmosphere. If you do not expect miracles, you will be satisfied. Near the hotel, there is a restaurant where one can go for a meal if a vending machine (present in all IBIS-budget hotels) does not suffice. The hotel is often used by drivers of FlixBus and other companies, so late in the evening, neighborhood of the hotel changes to parking place of buses (which is not too pleasant). Another not too pleasant fact is that without a car the voyage to the city-center takes around an hour (that is what parts this hotel from five stars in my review). On the other hand, it is a very nice trip.
